Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RateDeezAir (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
RateDeezAir is exclusively for currently enrolled students of Air University, Islamabad. You must authenticate with a valid @students.au.edu.pk email address. By using the Platform you represent that you are an eligible student. Access with any other email address is prohibited.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or use another student's account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- Submit false or misleading reviews, or reviews intended to unfairly harm a faculty member's reputation.
- Attempt to post more than one review per faculty member per account.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass any security measures of the Platform.
- Impersonate any person, student, or faculty member.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
4. Content & Reviews
Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting a review, you grant RateDeezAir a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform.
Moderation
We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Accuracy
Reviews reflect the personal opinion of the reviewer and do not represent the views of RateDeezAir or Air University. We do not verify the factual accuracy of reviews.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform code, design, logos, and non-user-generated content are the property of RateDeezAir and its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Faculty information and ratings are user-generated and may not be current or accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RateDeezAir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RateDeezAir and its contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
